Dionís Escorsa develops artistic investigations revolving around how perception produces experience (by analysing mechanisms of representation and mise en scčne), how experiences turn into memories (by organising archives and collections of documentation), how memory gives rise to meaning (by studying the language of narrative, cartography, and encryption, as well as the production of the ghostly, the dreamlike, and of desire), and how this meaning is changed when confronted with new experiences (by bringing together social interaction and creating rhizomatic devices), in works that aim to reveal the non-linearity of subjective thought.
